Il Residence

The Residence is made up of 26 apartments and is built directly on the sea of Acciaroli.
The Three Palme Residence has four different kinds of apartments:(Studio, Two Rooms Apt , Three Rooms Apt  and Three Rooms Apt Deluxe ) all furnished by typical Mediterranean style and equipped with all comforts  ,with the possibility to have breakfast/dinner/lunch in open space in a magical atmosphere.

Between the villas you will find a shared garden equipped with tables and chairs. The staircase that leads to the beach is in the garden, too. It's a pebble beach. From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a public pebble beach. You will reach it from the garden along a stairway which consists of approximately 22 steps. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas and sun loungers. The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. Studio for max 3 persons: The furnishings of the living room are modern and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate three guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden with a view of the sea through a French door. The room has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Apartment for max 4 persons: The terrace is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a charming view of the sea. The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
